We are looking for individuals that have strong communication and customer service skills. Reply to ad or call for an interview. Job duties and qualifications are as follows: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Make all guests feel comfortable by welcoming, greeting, and thanking them for their visit; Provides prompt and attentive service to customers; Answer customer questions about menu and pricing; Ensures that cart, prep area and condiments are properly stocked, clean and well-maintained; Secures and accounts for all cash receipts; Suggests additional menu items and recommends other company locations; Communicates immediately with management regarding any customer problem or complaint; Pays attention to customer and employee safety by helping to eliminate unsafe or hazardous conditions as they occur; Constant (more than 2/3 of the time) standing, talking and seeing; Rarely ascends/descends stairs or takes elevator; Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, including overtime if needed; Frequent (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) handling, fingering, wrist rotation, operating controls and hearing; Occasional (up to 1/3 of the time) walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, climbing, balancing, bending, crawling, reaching, feeling and back rotation; and Other duties as assigned.
